WILDOMAR, Calif. (KABC) -- A sudden storm rolled through the Inland Empire, producing heavy rain, damaging wind and flooding on Tuesday.
Wildomar experienced steady rainfall, enough to flood the streets. Several cars were submerged in the flood waters.
