Irvine police say 23-year-old Damian Bravo of Santa Ana was seen on surveillance video recording with a cellphone up a woman's skirt while she was shopping at a Walmart Supercenter in Irvine.
Dispatchers reportedly located Bravo via surveillance cameras and helped direct officers to his location as he fled. Bravo was arrested for invasion of privacy and was booked into the Orange County Jail.
It happened on Aug. 6, but police believe Bravo has done this to more women.
