The terrifying scene unfolded at Sorensen Park Sunday while children were in the middle of playing a softball game.
Footage posted on social media shows the SUV zig-zag dangerously across the grass and a basketball court before the driver eventually speeds off down a side street.
Some people were seen running for cover, while others tried to record the SUV's license plate.
