Robbery victim followed home from casino; suspects get away with $2,500 in cash

RESEDA, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Police are searching for three suspects who allegedly followed someone home from a local casino and then robbed them at gunpoint.

The robbery happened after midnight Friday near Archwood Street and Vanalden Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

The robbery suspects approached the victim outside the home. At least one of them was armed with a gun, police said.

A search is now underway for the suspects, who got away with a bag filled with $2,500 in cash.

NOTE: Police originally said the victims came from Commerce Casino. The casino confirmed to ABC7 the incident did not originate at their business.
