WESTLAKE, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Gallons of rushing water flooded an entire intersection in the Westlake area following yet another water main break Thursday morning.

The severe flooding was seen at the intersection of Beverly and North Occidental boulevards. Video from the scene showed the street inundated with water as it rushed around cars.

The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power says an 8-inch cast iron line was reported ruptured around 3:30 a.m., leaving 15 customers without water.

Repairs are expected to be completed by the afternoon.
