The brainchild behind this is Jonathan Gaurano, who posted footage of his puppy/passenger surprises on his YoutTube channel called, "Do GOOD Jonathan."

Gaurano spent months preparing.
First, he said he partnered up with some local shelters. Then, after making sure his car was puppy safe, he put his plan in motion - Ubering people around town with adoptable dogs.

The puppies have been a big hit with passengers. The goal is to get more puppies forever homes.
