It unfolded Aug. 5 when a South Los Angeles area CHP officer pulled over a fire truck that was driving erratically on the westbound 91, east of the 110 Freeway, according to the agency.
When the officer finally got the fire truck to stop, he found a shirtless man was behind the wheel. That individual was arrested and will face charges for possession of a stolen vehicle.
