Between five and seven people broke into Lorena Pharmacy on Whittier Boulevard around 11 p.m. Sunday, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Video shows them cutting the metal security bars on the windows, then smashing the glass and running inside. Moments later, they ran out of the pharmacy with their arms full of items.
No arrests have been made.
The incident happened at the same time as a street takeover on the same block.
This isn't the first time Lorena Pharmacy has been broken into. In 2024, it was part of a string of four burglaries by the same crew of thieves at pharmacies across the San Fernando Valley.
