Suspects caught on video stealing Denali truck from West Hills driveway

WEST HILLS, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Residents in a West Hills neighborhood were on high alert after a GMC Denali truck was stolen from a driveway early Saturday morning - and it was all caught on camera.

According to police, five people were involved in the theft in the area near Highlander Road. The suspects smashed a window and sped away with the vehicle at around 3 a.m.

The Los Angeles Police Department is now searching for the suspects.

The incident comes amid a worrying uptick of burglaries and vehicle thefts affecting neighborhoods across the San Fernando Valley.
