SHERMAN OAKS, Calif. (KABC) -- Firefighters tell how they convinced a naked man to come out of a crawl space of an apartment building in Sherman Oaks.
Neighbors called 911 around 11 a.m. Sunday to report that the man was running around and was incoherent.
