The 14 Freeway was shut down between Avenue D in Lancaster to the Los Angeles-Kern County line after the gusting winds toppled the trucks. No injuries were reported. The freeway was later reopened.
The 14 Freeway has since reopened to passenger vehicles only. High-profile vehicles are also not being allowed on a section of State Route 58.

The National Weather Service posted high wind warnings and advisories due to strong west-to-northwest winds sweeping through the region through Wednesday.
Forecasters said gusts in the mountains and Antelope Valley could reach 60 mph.
