The issue was that soccer matches and concerts have left the field a mess, according to ESPN.
The Rams tweeted that the game will move back to L.A. Tickets will be available to the general public starting Wednesday at 1 p.m. at therams.com. Rams season ticket members can purchase their current seats starting Tuesday until Thursday at 5 p.m.

According to ESPN, the refund policy for the game in Mexico City will be announced in the coming days.

The Rams will also be giving complimentary tickets to "first responders who are bravely protecting the greater Los Angeles community, as well as people who have been impacted by our community's recent tragedies," the team said in a press release.
