In the video, a German shepherd runs after a cyclist riding in the area of Grove Avenue and Forest Street. The cyclist then rode onto the street and hit the bed of a truck.
Neighbors came out to help the cyclist after the crash. It was unclear if he was injured in the accident.
Riverside County animal control officers were looking for the dog's owner.
