Thunderstorms prompt flooding concerns in Inland Empire

APPLE VALLEY, Calif. (KABC) -- Thunderstorms have been erupting across the Inland Empire and the high desert areas are getting hardest hit.

Heavy rainfall in Apple Valley and San Jacinto has prompted flooding concerns as vehicle struggle to navigate the soaked roadways.


Authorities temporarily shut down Highway 18 between Snow Valley Mountain Resort and the Big Bear Dam because of rockslides.
