Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies said the incident happened around 8:30 p.m. Friday when the Santa Clarita station received calls about a large group of teens at the restaurant parking lot being loud and fighting.

But the brawl was caught on cellphone video, where punches were flying and one of the teens was hit several times and then fell to the ground.
Students told Eyewitness News that the fight happened after a basketball game. Sheriff's investigators said they were told that the students were both from Saugus High School.
"I think it's just people that get too excited about the game. It's supposed to be fun," student Olivia Salmon said.
When deputies arrived that night, they found about 30 teenagers in the lot, but there was no fighting going on.
Deputies also learned one of the boys was taken to Central Park. When deputies arrived at the park, they found the teen was being treated for redness and swelling to his head. He was then taken to a nearby hospital.
Students said the teen knocked to the ground suffered a concussion. They also said he is a basketball player at Saugus High School. There was another game at the campus Tuesday night, and people were talking about the fight.
"They're immature kids. It's going to happen, but you know. It's all good," one parent said.

The video showed dozens of people cheering and recording the fight, but no one got involved to put an end to it before the one boy was injured.
"Personally, I feel like people should interfere, but bystander effect and everyone's got their phones. People are going to film it," student Will Deters said.
Authorities said a report was filed. No arrests were made and neither teen wanted to press charges, according to authorities.
Deputies will be conducting extra patrols at school functions for some time, especially in areas where teens get together.
There was no information on the other student in the video.
Authorities said the investigation into the fight is ongoing.
