SoCal locations where you can donate blood in aftermath of Hurricane Harvey

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- As Tropical Storm Harvey continues to dump record-breaking amounts of rain on southeast Texas, the American Red Cross is setting up blood donation opportunities in Southern California.

In addition to local Red Cross donation centers, there will also be mobile drives held in Ventura, Los Angeles and Orange counties and the Inland Empire.

If you would like to donate blood, you can visit redcrossblood.org or call (800) 733-2767 to make an appointment. All blood types are needed, and a blood donor card or driver's license and two other forms of identification are required to check-in to donate.
