"I always wanted to be an actor, but I had to do something to make a living, so I started practicing law." Actor and lawyer Paul Shanklin shared.
The musical is produced by the theatre company Night Court, which has been in operation for over 30 years.
Marty Lundstrom, a lawyer and performer, said proceeds from the musical help fund organizations that provide free legal services.
"For me, lawyers sometimes get a bad rap, and this is an opportunity for us to give back to the community," Lundstrom said.
Law's Anatomy runs August 20-23, 2025 at the Hobby Center. Tickets start at $45.
