Inside one SoCal 'fan cave' that caught the eye of Dodgers Nation

RIALTO, Calif. (KABC) -- Every baseball fan has their go-to spot to watch games, but one Dodger superfan has taken it to the next level.

After years of collecting anything and everything Dodgers related, Frank Guerrero has created his very own "Dodgers Fan cave" in his Rialto garage.

His creation has gotten so much attention that it's even been recognized by Dodgers Nation, which recently held a "fan cave" contest.

"It's been quite a long journey of collecting," he said. "It's evolved into something. I never expected to get this far, but here we are."

The "fan cave" has just about everything, including signed baseball bats, jerseys, baseball cards and even confetti from the Dodgers championship parade.

Guerrero said his love for the boys in blue started as a child when he lived behind Dodger Stadium.

"We didn't go to too many games growing up, but we could see the fireworks," he said. "Definitely, that's where I became a Dodger fan, and over the years, that's my team."

Now, Guerrero says it's a full-on family affair.

"A lot of the meet-and-greets that we have, I try to incorporate bringing my kids, my wife, to meet different players and experience different things, and hopefully when they get older, they're like, 'Oh my dad took me here, took me there,' so that's part of the fun,'" he said.

Guerrero's ultimate goal? Taking his family to a World Series game!
