Bethlehem, Pa -- The Kemerer Museum of Decorative Arts is home to over 40 antique dollhouses, all created within a 100-year time span from the 1830s-1930s.

"Every time people come into the collection here, I get to see the sense of wonder. People see things that remind them of their families homes when they were growing up. They see pieces that feel really artistic. This way of being able to connect across time and generations is really special, and it's something that I know everybody experiences when they enter into this space," said Lindsey Jancay, Vice President and Managing Director at Historic Bethlehem Museums and Sites.

Guests can step into their vault for a close and personal tour of the beautiful pieces.

"Gives people access to the collection of Elizabeth Johnston Prime...the granddaughter of the first mayor of Bethlehem...She passed only a week before they were supposed to come here," said Jancay.

"I am getting older. I would like to retire. I would hope that someone would come along someday and say, I would like to take the torch from you. That would be a blessing. And we hope we can continue for many, many more generations," she continued.
