LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Some young Dodger fans who lost their elementary school in the Palisades Fire spend an unforgettable day at the ball park.

The Dodgers partnered with Will and Cara Smith's Catching Hope Foundation, hosting the third annual Catching Hope Community Clinic for Marquez Charter Elementary School in the Pacific Palisades.

About 130 students from the school took part in the all-inclusive day of activities at Uniqlo Field at Dodger Stadium on Tuesday.

Since returning to campus in the fall, the school community has been learning in temporary structures.

"We're just trying to bring the community together, you know, trying to make their day, trying to make their life a little bit easier right now, and bring some joy," Dodgers' star Will Smith said.
