Aime McCrory Trenton with Pacific Coast Estate Sales said, "There's probably 20,000 pieces of musical instruments, recording gear, amps, speakers, guitars, parts, tambourines, you name it."
The music store is liquating everything after its owner passed away. Radio DJ Jim 'Poorman' Trenton will help host the estate sale later this week.
Poorman said the store is a treasure trove for music lovers.
"There are boxes up in the rafters. There are, in the back; you can see a couple guitars that we just opened up and every other box has more guitars in it," Poorman said.
The volume of instruments, memorabilia and equipment inside Jammin' Jersey is so high the shop's estate continues to find priceless pieces including a signed Van Halen guitar that was found under a pile of blankets.
"It was signed by the Van Hagar edition of Van Halen," Poorman described. "Sammy Hagar, Michael Anthony, Eddie Van Halen, RIP and Alex Van Halen."
The estate can't imagine what's left to be discovered.
Poorman said, "There was rumors that there were some amps that were very, very rare that were worth $350,000 to $750,000. We have not been able to find those. Maybe it's in one of the unopened boxes. I don't know.'
Artists and musicians have been stopping by the store.
Jammin' Jersey encourages folks to do the same before its closes its doors forever..
The estate sale at Jammin' Jersey kicks off on Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
