This local program gives young adults with intellectual and developmental challenges a pathway to a permanent career.

Project Search, a partnership between LAUSD, Kaiser Permanente and community agencies, gives young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities nine months of classroom instructions and hands-on hospital internships that can ultimately lead to employment.
