Weed can help workouts, study says

People who mix and weed and workouts tend to exercise more.

That's according to new research.

Those who use cannabis before or after working out reported getting 43 more minutes of exercise each week.

Fifty-two percent of those who worked marijuana into their exercise regimens said it makes them more motivated to work out, helps them enjoy exercise more and improves their recovery.
