LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- The Atomic Caf, considered a historic piece of rock and roll history, came crashing down Thursday.

Atomic Caf hosted famous acts such as David Bowie, Blondie and The Go Go's. The Los Angeles landmark was demolished as a result of eminent domain, and a new subway station will be in its spot.
