LAUSD to launch anti-sexting education campaign

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- The Los Angeles Unified School District is launching a massive anti-sexting campaign focused on educating kids about the consequences of sending naked photos on their cellphones.

When students return in the fall, they'll see posters in the hallways designed to discourage them from sexting -- all part of the district's new campaign called, "Now Matters Later."

Students will watch a video and teachers will engage them in conversations about sexting. School officials also want parents to talk about it with their children.
