LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- One of the alleged victims of actor Stephen Collins has come forward, claiming the "7th Heaven" star exposed himself to her when she was only 13 years old.

"When he turned around, his pants were completely unfastened, and I was shocked," April Price told the Daily Mail in an exclusive interview.

Price said Collins exposed himself to her on three occasions while she was visiting her aunt, who lived in the same Los Angeles apartment complex as Collins in the early 1970s.

The 35-year-old mother of four says in the first incident, he walked naked through the courtyard. During the second encounter, she says he exposed himself while he was helping hook up her video game in her aunt's apartment.

According to Price, the third encounter occurred in Collins' apartment when he invited her over to see some of his memorabilia. She says he walked into the living room completely naked.

The 67-year-old Collins admitted to sexual misconduct with underage girls in a secret audio recording from a therapy session.

She says Collins apologized for what he did when she ran into him years later on the set of a commercial.

Price, who is now in her 40s, says the encounters traumatized her for life.

"This was not something that I was even prepared to deal with," Price said.

She said she has tremendous guilt for not speaking up since she knows there were other victims.
