Families compete, create spooky displays in 'Great Halloween Fright Fight'
Six families will create Halloween displays and compete against one another for the chance to win $50,000 on one-hour TV special.

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Michael Moloney and Sabrina Soto are our ghostly guides in a new one-hour special: "The Great Halloween Fright Fight."

The special, which airs tonight on ABC7, will feature six families from all around the country competing to make the greatest haunted displays and win $50,000.

"No one has done anything like this as far as Halloween is concerned," Moloney said. "I think there's several things America is going to love. One is watching Sabrina and I running around screaming like girls and truly being scared."

Moloney added that the sheer size and creativity of the displays is "unbelievable" and rivals attractions seen at Disneyland.

Another thing viewers will get to see is Soto and Moloney walking through the haunted mazes.

"I told my producers when we were starting, just let me know if I'm going to be scared. I don't want to be scared. I don't want to look like a fool. Well, that went out the window the first minute," Moloney said.

"The Great Halloween Fright Fight" airs tonight at 8 p.m. and features families from California, New Hampshire, Michigan, Florida and New Jersey.
