Halloween Horror Nights haunt Universal Studios

UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif. (KABC) -- Ready to scream? The zombies at Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios might do the trick.

The annual haunt is open on 22 select nights until November 2nd.

It features seven new mazes, including one inspired by the hit TV show "The Walking Dead" and another by Robert Rodriguez's film and series, "From Dusk Till Dawn."

"I'm used to trying to scare people, and now it's going to be done to me on my own maze about my own show," said Rodriguez, who was one of several winners of the Eyegore awards honoring contributions to horror.
