JWoww from 'Jersey Shore' gives birth to baby girl

TRENTON, N.J. (KABC) -- JWoww from the reality TV show "Jersey Shore" welcomed her first child to the world Sunday afternoon.

Jenni "JWoww" Farley named her daughter Meilani Alexandra Mathews, MTV officials said. The newborn weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces.

Farley, 28, is engaged to Roger Mathews, who is the baby's father.

Best known for the MTV series "Jersey Shore," Farley went on to star in a spinoff show called "Snooki & JWoww," with her friend Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi.
