'Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising' pits parenthood vs. sisterhood

HOLLYWOOD, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne and Zac Efron return for another round of R-rated comedy in the sequel "Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising."

In the latest edition, a sorority moves in next door to Rogen and Byrne. In the first film, Efron's wild fraternity lived there, but the women are worse.

"It's very real life comedy so that's a great place to work in. It's so fun and really cool. It's great because you can, the more you commit, the funnier it is. And I love to commit," Efron said.

"Working with these guys, I've been in such incredible company, people who make it look effortless," Byrne said. "These guys do the heavy lifting and I just try to stay in the game."

"Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising" is R-rated for, in part, crude sexual content, drug use and teen partying.
