Gisele Bundchen is hanging up her stilettos. The 34-year-old supermodel walked the runway for a final time Wednesday after more than 20 years in the industry.

Bundchen strutted down the catwalk in Sao Paulo for the Brazilian label Colcci with her husband, New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady, watching in the audience.

"I am grateful that at 14, I was given the opportunity to start this journey," Buchden posted on Instagram ahead of the fashion show. "Today after 20 years in the industry, it is a privilege to be doing my last fashion show by choice and yet still be working in other facets of the business."

Bundchen also posted a photo of herself wearing a shirt that reads "The best is yet to come."

Brady also took to social media to mark his wife's retirement, posting a sweet note to his Facebook page.

"Congratulations Love of my Life. You inspire me every day to be a better person. I am so proud of you and everything you have accomplished on the runway. I have never met someone with more of a will to succeed and determination to overcome any obstacle in the way. You never cease to amaze me. Nobody loves life more than you and your beauty runs much deeper than what the eye can see. I can't wait to see what's next. I love you."

Bundchen and Brady have two children and Bundchen has said she wants to spend more time with her family.

We're not sure what Bundchen's next project will be, but we thank her for making the world a more beautiful place.
