A five minute test can help you determine your risk of heart disease -- and it's as close as your phone or tablet.

Harvard researchers studied nearly 100,000 people over 20 years looking at heart attack and stroke. Based on that information, they developed a heart risk calculator.

Answer a few specific questions about your diet, exercise, tobacco and alcohol use and you'll get something called your Healthy Heart Score.

That score estimates just how risky your day-to-day habits are and how well you're protecting your heart.

Experts say it's the first tool of its kind to provide that kind of insight enabling you to lower your risk of heart disease by adjusting your lifestyle
