WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. (KABC) -- Exercise doesn't have to be boring. If you're tired of the treadmill, try getting your groove on! Crunch Gym's Videography class could have you looking and feeling like the next music video star.

It's high energy, fun cardio and crazy calorie burning for those who give it a go.

"So much fun, you feel like you're on stage because everyone's watching," said DJ of West Hollywood.

Instructor and choreographer G Scott takes his students through the paces of the greats: Madonna, Lady GaGa to name just a few.

"This week is our Janet Jackson week," Scott said.

Scott says moms, former dancers and a lot of wanna-bes come together to master the iconic moves. Everyone is invited.

"There is a woman who takes my class that's 69, and she knows every single piece of choreography that is taught better than the 20-year-old. So I'm like, go granny," Scott said.

DJ loves learning the moves and trying them out at clubs, but he thinks practice at "this" club rocks too.

"It's not about being a professional. It's not about being good. It's about having fun," said DJ.

If Videography isn't your thing, Crunch also offers Zumba, X-Pole dancing and Burlesque.

Crunch offers a free guest pass that is available on the gym's website.
