A woman says she found what she believes is a cicada in her Smart Ones Weight Watchers packaged meal Wednesday.

Jessica Mills, of Queens, New York, made the discovery while eating lunch in her office. She said she heard a sudden "crunch" while chewing a meal she says is not crunchy.

"All of a sudden you hear crunch. I reached into my mouth and pulled something out," she said.

The Kraft Heinz Company, which produces the line of meals, told ABC News that it is investigating the incident.
