BURBANK, Calif. (KABC) --Authorities investigated the circumstances surrounding a man's body found wrapped in trash bags behind a lumber business in Burbank Thursday afternoon.
The body was found around 12:30 p.m. by a Caltrans worker who said it appeared to have been there for a short time. It was found behind a rail car in the yard of Stock Lumber, just off Victory Boulevard.
Authorities said the man's feet were exposed through the bag and the coroner had been notified to assist in the investigation.
No further information was immediately released. The investigation was ongoing.
