Burglary suspect torches Lake Forest apartment complex
A burglary suspect not only looted the leasing office of a Lake Forest apartment complex, he also torched the place.

LAKE FOREST, Calif. (KABC) -- A burglary suspect not only looted the leasing office of a Lake Forest apartment complex, he also torched the place.

The Orange County Fire Authority released footage of the incident, hoping to catch the arsonist.

The video shows the suspect, whose face is covered with a bandana, throwing office supplies onto a trash can fire.

Authorities said the suspect broke into the Saddleback Ranch Apartments office in the 23100 block of Los Alisos Boulevard on April 17 and stole several items before lighting the fire and taking off.

The OCFA described the suspect as a male between 18 and 25 years old, between 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing between 130 and 170 pounds.
