LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Grass pollen can be present all year round, causing constant allergies. Here are a few expert-recommended methods to help with your symptoms.

Managing pollen allergies can be challenging, but according to allergist Dr. Katie Marks-Cogan, there are a few proven ways to prevent and treat allergy symptoms.

Marks-Cogan said that the best method is avoiding pollen or grass whenever possible. However, if you are already experiencing symptoms, nasal sprays and over-the-counter medication can be very helpful.
