LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Terminal six at Los Angeles International Airport is back open and looking better than ever as it undergoes a major $238 million makeover.

The renovation is part of a five-year project by Westfield. The terminal now has a "Sunset Boulevard" theme and features more than 21 new shopping and dining options, including Golden Road Brewery, Earthbar and Osteria by Fabio Viviani.

There are also new ticketing counters, check-in kiosks and even a new nursing room.

Airport officials say some upgrades are still in progress, but the construction is taking place behind the scenes to minimize impact for travelers.
