Kathryn Barger, Darrell Park battle for 5th District LA County supervisor post

LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- Kathryn Barger and Darrell Park are battling it out to replace termed-out 5th District Los Angeles County Supervisor Mike Antonovich.

The two are on the ballot to represent District 5, which covers portions of the San Fernando Valley, the San Gabriel Valley, Santa Clarita Valley and Antelope Valley.

Barger has been chief deputy for Antonovich for 15 years, while Park is new to the local political scene and is running for office for the first time.
