Gov. Jerry Brown signs bill to broadcast hit-and-run alerts

BURBANK, Calif. (KABC) -- Along with Amber Alerts and traffic notices, there's going to be one more message to watch out for while driving: hit-and-run drivers.

Monday afternoon, Gov. Jerry Brown signed the yellow alert bill, which will display descriptions of vehicles involved in hit-and-run accidents.
