Deputies: Angry wife's bullet fired at man's knee, hits testicle

BREVARD COUNTY, FL -- A Florida woman who was angry at her husband over an affair punished him just a little more than she intended, officials said.

Victoria Reid, 60, allegedly shot her husband in the knee after an argument over an affair - but the bullet didn't stop there, according to the Brevard County Sheriff's Office.

With the man sitting on a couch during the confrontation, the bullet traveled up his thigh and became lodged in his testicles, deputies said.

The Melbourne, Fla. woman was arrested and is facing aggravated assault and kidnapping charges, WKMG-TV reported.

Her bail has been set at $35,000. No update yet on the condition of her husband.
