Man fatally shot while riding bike in Santa Fe Springs

SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif. (KABC) -- A man in his late 40s or early 50s was fatally shot while riding his bike in Santa Fe Springs Sunday night.

Neighbors told officers that they heard multiple gun shots in the 9300 block of Miller Grove. The incident was reported at about 9:15 p.m.

Upon arrival, officers found the man on the sidewalk. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

No suspect information was immediately available.
