A man who cannot remember how he ended up badly injured on a street in Riverside remains a mystery.

Bryan Neilson, 41, left work at 6 p.m. on March 13. He left in his 1996 burgundy and gray Ford Thunderbird.

He was found unconscious in the intersection of Eastridge Avenue and Sycamore Canyon Boulevard around 10 p.m.

Nearly five months later, he remains in critical condition. His family told Eyewitness News that doctors said he suffered a blow to the head.

Riverside police said it is unclear if Neilson was with anyone or what he was doing before he was found in the intersection.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Riverside Police Department at (951) 353-7134.
