Man found fatally shot at Villa Parke in Pasadena
A man was killed and another was injured in a shooting at Villa Parke in Pasadena Tuesday night. No arrests have been made.

PASADENA, Calif. (KABC) -- A man was killed and another was injured in a shooting at Villa Parke in Pasadena Tuesday night. No arrests have been made.

Officers responded to a "shots fired" call around 10:22 p.m. in the area of Marengo Avenue and Villa Street. Neighbors say they heard at least seven shots.

When they arrived at the park, they found a man, identified as 52-year-old Rafael Martin Soto-Aguilar of Altadena, dead from a gunshot wound.

About two hours later, another man showed up at Huntington Memorial Hospital, claiming to have been shot at Villa Parke earlier in the evening. He was listed in serious but stable condition Wednesday morning.

No suspect information has been released. Police say the incident does not appear to be gang-related.
