DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A crash involving at least 12 vehicles on the northbound 110 Freeway in downtown Los Angeles caused delays for the early-morning commute Wednesday.
The incident was reported near 9th Street around 5 a.m.
Two northbound lanes were blocked but the incident created a traffic nightmare with the drive stacked up from Adams Boulevard.
As of 7 a.m., only the left lane was blocked as crews worked to clean up an oil spill.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation. No injuries were reported.
