Pedestrian struck by Blue Line train in Florence area

FLORENCE, LOS ANGELES (KABC) -- A Metro Blue Line train struck a pedestrian near Nadeau Street and Graham Avenue in the Florence area of L.A. Tuesday night.

The collision was reported at 8:34 p.m. The pedestrian was being assessed at the scene.

The pedestrian's injuries were critical, according to the L.A. County Fire Department.

The Blue Line was suspended between the Florence and Firestone stations while police investigated the incident. Metro requested shuttle buses to move passengers during the incident.
