Police: Couple arrested for sex on top of Chipotle

NEWARK, Del. (KABC) -- Police in Newark, Delaware have arrested a man and woman who were allegedly having sex on top of a Chipotle store.

Police say they were called to the 100 block of East Main Street at 9:40 p.m. Saturday for multiple reports of people "engaging in sexual intercourse" on the roof of the restaurant.

Police added the pair, identified as 38-year-old Michael Suh and 27-year-old Nicole Germack, could be seen on the "very front" of the building.

A responding officer told them to stop and that they were under arrest, but both allegedly fled into Suh's apartment. It was there they were taken into custody without incident.

Both Suh and Germack were charged with lewdness, indecent exposure, loitering and resisting arrest. They were both released after receiving $1,800 unsecured bond.
