During the second presidential debate, Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump were asked what their priorities would be in selecting a Supreme Court justice.
The Supreme Court has had a vacancy since the death of Justice Antonin Scalia in February.
President Barak Obama has nominated Judge Merrick Garland, who has not yet received a confirmation hearing by the senate.
Clinton said, "I would want to see the Supreme Court reverse Citizens United and get dark unaccountable money out of our politics."
She also wants a court that would uphold voting rights, Roe v. Wade and marriage equality.
Trump said he would appoint a judge "very much in the mold of Justice Scalia."
"People that will respect the Constitution of the United States," Trump said. "Also, the Second Amendment which is totally under siege by people like Hillary Clinton."
