CENTURY CITY, Calif. (KABC) -- It's the last weekend before Christmas, and malls are ready with deep discounts and extended hours. So-called Super Saturday is expected to surpass Black Friday and Cyber Monday as the busiest shopping day of the year.
Shoppers are expected to spend $10 billion compared to the $9.1 billion on Black Friday.
"We're predicting a Super Saturday that's even bigger than Cyber Monday or Black Friday. That's because these discounts are going to be so big," said Ashley Lutz, a retail editor at Business Insider.
