The grandmother of Los Angeles Sparks star Candace Parker was reported missing Monday around the Huntley, Illinois, area outside Chicago after she failed to arrive at a family member's home.

Joan Potter, 82, last spoke to a relative at 11:15 a.m. Monday, the Chicago Tribune reported, citing police. She was expected to stop by for a visit later that afternoon but never showed up.
